For 16 years, Glinka had Wilsey Court all to herself, along with a cast of dancing characters, featuring the Bay Area's finest dance bands and orchestras. It was a thrill to be invited back year after year. And the best part, it's free and the crowd swells to the thousands.

LBL's Conference of Leaders joined the dance fever sweeping the nation and participated in the So You Think You Can Dance Showcase. Glinka coached, choreographed and produced the finale on board for the So You Think You Can Dance Showcase featuring LBL’s cruise guests.
Become the dancer you’ve always wanted to be – Guests learned and experienced the dynamics and fundamentals of social partner dancing during onboard workshops and were featured in the showcase finale.
Performances were judged by a panel of judges and audience applause. Criteria included overall presentation, enthusiasm, creativity, and humor. Dance categories included Disco, '50s Rock 'n Roll, Merengue, and Fox Trot.
- Intuit Northern California Region
In preparation for Intuit's Winter Celebration at San Francisco City Hall, Intuit's staff were invited to become the dancers they've always wanted to be and experience the dynamics and fundamentals of social partner dance at workshops sponsored at two Silicon Valley campuses.
The goal: To captivate staff and their partners to "showcase and unleash their inner dancer" and perform for their peers with Salsa, Ballroom, '50s Swing, and Disco styles. Sizzling performances were accompanied by band leader Dick Bright's SRO. Winners in each category were determined by a panel of judges and audience applause and were awarded a voucher to donate to their favorite charity for their entertaining efforts. This unique opportunity was a rousing team-building experience. On-campus rehearsals were conducted a week prior to the celebration. Cynthia emceed the ‘Showcase’ to an enthusiastic standing ovation.
- Pixar Animation Studios
Apple CEO and Pixar Animation Studios co-founder, Steve Jobs, hired Glinka to teach Pixar employees how to Viennese Waltz as an incentive to participate at the company's themed wrap party for its official release of "Toy Story." Glinka arranged three Bay Area locations for employees and their partners to attend sessions where they mastered the Viennese Waltz prior to the wrap party celebration which took place at the Garden Court of the Sheraton Palace Hotel, San Francisco.

- 2008 KRON TV New Year's Eve Live
Glinka choreographed and produced the spotlighted dance segments for the 2008 KRON TV New Year's Eve Live from the Palace Hotel. This live television broadcast featured sports anchor Vern Glenn dancing with professional Silke Heleine, and Bay Area entertainment reporter Jan Wahl dancing with pro Johnny Lee. Glinka performed a spotlight dance with partner Zalman Sher and was joined by news anchors Gary Radnich and Catherine Heenan as commentator on this hour-long broadcast viewed by millions in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
